Questions homeowners ask us first
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a California electrical contractor license from the CSLB (#00000) and carry general liability and workers’ compensation coverage. We’ll send the certificates with your quote — you shouldn’t have to ask for them.
Do you pull the permits?
Always, and we meet the inspector. Unpermitted electrical work is the thing that surfaces later when you sell the house, and it’s the reason some remodels fail inspection twice.
How much does a panel upgrade cost?
It depends on the existing service, the meter base, and whether the utility has to reconnect. That’s why we look before we quote — and why the quote we hand you is a fixed number, not a range that grows.
How long does a kitchen or basement take?
Most kitchens run 4–7 weeks and most basements 5–8 weeks, depending on material lead times and inspection scheduling. You get the timeline in writing with the quote, and we tell you the day it changes.
Will you take small electrical jobs?
Yes. Dead outlets, a breaker that keeps tripping, a ceiling fan that needs a box rated for it. Small jobs are how most of our remodel clients met us.
Do you offer financing?
